Tarryn, our studio owner, is obsessed with the Original Pilates Repertoire. You’ll find each & every one of her classes with an ode to the original form & the man himself, Joseph Pilates. Tarryn focuses on Form, Strength & finding inspiration of your own capabilities each class.

Tyla brings a modern Pilates approach that's evolved with the times. Strength training is her signature. If you’re looking to build strength but HATE THE GYM, Tyla is your girl.

Ramona brings a unique class style, undoubtedly impressive to our style & brand at Tropic State. Dynamic classes that’ll never leave you bored.

Lacey, sweet lovely Lacey with an all round full body crowd favourite. Guaranteed to leave each class feeling strong, empowered & confident with your Reformer Practice.

Megs is your high-energy hype girl. Her classes are known for their feel-good fire — expect a vibe, a sweat, and a serious burn from start to finish.

Chels is our newest instructor to join the team — sweet energy with a hidden edge. Her calm presence meets challenge in every class, and she’ll push you in the kindest way possible.
