Please complete 5+ reformer OG classes prior to joining & must have a clear understanding our cueing technique.

• Reformer Slow Flow, we’ll explore a blend of stretching & strength work.
• Focusing on enhancing your practice with familiar shapes while reaching for something new in every session.
• Slowing down every Thursday night, to let go.
Focus on the Inner State & go out into the end of the week lighter ✨

Private Pilates Sessions
Our one-on-one sessions offer a personalised and empowering way to experience Pilates. They're perfect for anyone wanting to build confidence, learn the foundations, or receive tailored support before joining group classes.
Private sessions are ideal for:
– Those returning to movement after a break
– Injury recovery or post-surgery care
– Managing pre-existing conditions or chronic illness
– Prenatal and postpartum clients
– Mature-aged clients
– Anyone who prefers a customised, individual approach
As part of our studio policy, all NEW pregnant clients 16+ weeks are required to complete three private prenatal sessions before joining any group classes. These sessions are tailored to your needs, designed to support your changing body and build confidence for a safe and empowering group class experience.
If you're feeling unsure or navigating something specific, private sessions are the best place to start. Our instructors will take the time to understand your unique needs and help you move safely, with purpose.
